Your Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through every step of their purchasing experience:

  • Welcome each customer with courtesy and professionalism
  • Identify their needs and recommend the vehicle that best suits their lifestyle
  • Present the features, technologies, and distinctive benefits of the Volvo lineup
  • Organize and accompany customers on test drives
  • Prepare and negotiate sales offers through to the completion of the transaction
  • Provide attentive follow-up after delivery to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Actively participate in brand training sessions and events
  • Collaborate with the finance, detailing, and after-sales service teams

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5 years of automotive sales experience — required
  • Experience in the luxury sector is an asset
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong listening abilities
  • Polished, positive, and professional presentation
  • Passion for automotive, design, and innovation
  • Team-oriented and dynamic, with the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
  • English — required
