Siamak is an exceptional manager who takes the customer service experience very seriously. He quickly stepped in when confusion arose about which repairs should be made to this certified preowned SUV.
Siamak oversaw the replacement of all parts required under the inspection, and also made sure that every scratch and dent was repaired to my satisfaction. He kept me updated along the way as to the status of the repairs, and even sorted out a rental car when a required part was taking far longer than expected to arrive.
Siamak kept his word on all matters and went above and beyond to earn my trust and continued business. My XC60 SUV looks great, runs beautifully, and is a pleasure to drive.
It also was a pleasure dealing with Tetyana, who set me up with a very competitive warranty and maintenance package.
